The United States Court of Appeals (USCA), Case #19-1708 has been reversed and remanded on the breach of fiduciary claim! The Court Opinion and Judgment in this case, John N Xereas Appellant v. Marjorie A Heiss and Geoff Dawson, et. al. Appellees are now public record, and they can be reviewed below. Click on the buttons to launch and read the official USCA files.
Below are documents related to the Federal Case/Trial of John Xereas vs. Defendants Geoff Dawson, Marjorie Heiss and Riot Act DC, LLC. After six years “in the system” and continued delays, the case finally went to trial on November 5, 2018 in front of Federal Judge Deborah Robinson. After a 2-week trial, with some very questionable decisions and omissions, the jury still came back with a unanimous decision for John Xereas...plus his lawyer fees a total of $1.1 million dollars.

After the trial, Judge Robinson refused to enter the jury's decision for 9 months instead taking it upon herself to OVERTURN the jury's decision, setting their judgment to the side and instead awarding Xereas only $45k. Since that time, Xereas won his appeal.
A good start to understanding everything is the 2nd Amended Complaint (top button/link) which offers an excellent backdrop/history of the events and a list of all 26 counts filed against defendants of which judge Robinson left only one for the plaintiff...his salary. EVERYONE is urged to read these documents...especially the “crosses” of both Geoff Dawson and company lawyer Marjorie Heiss...they are very telling. Pay attention to all of the “objections” and what actually became of them. With a new trial on the horizon you are encouraged to make people aware of this case and to advocate for real TRUTH and justice in this matter
